Glenda was a wonderful support during a time when I was recovering at home after a hospital stay. As a former nurse, I can be quite particular about my care, but Glenda met all my needs with kindness, patience, and professionalism. She went above and beyond while caring for me over the weekend, ensuring I was comfortable and well looked after until my next support arrived. I truly don’t know how I would have managed without Glenda—and Kiara. Thank you both for being there.

What People Are Saying

Thanks Nurse Ktoday I completed this trauma course earlier this week and can highly recommend it. It gave me such a deeper understanding of trauma, how the brain and nervous system respond and why people react the way they do in certain situations. One of the biggest takeaways for me was learning practical ways to respond with greater awareness, compassion and understanding, both others and myself. Considering how complex the topic is, the course was presented in such an engaging and easy to follow way online. I found it really easy to say focused throughout, with the content explained clearly and meaningfully.

Kiara and her team are a pleasure to have supporting me. Kiara is a genuinely caring and compassionate person who works tirelessly for the best possible outcomes for her clients. Support work isn't just a job for Kiara; it is a calling. I would recommend Kiara and her team to anyone seeking support where heart comes first.
